...just kidding. It was fun. But Andoni's mind was really on those roller coasters.
After that, and a brief stop by my office, Andoni, Gillian and I watched the last part of the Ghana/Uruguay match. Incredible. A classic game that we got to share together and discuss.
After that, it was time for me to mow the lawn.

I had Aubrey and Andoni rake up the extra grass and put it in a paper bag. While it seemed like Andoni has never had a rake in his hands before, he picked it up quick enough and made himself useful.
We then piled in the car and went to P.F. Chang's, a Chinese restaurant that offers a gluten-free menu. Hooray!

After dinner, we went to my grandmother's house. She is 91 years old. We spent some good time with her. Andoni and the girls spent a little bit of time outside at the park, but most of their time was spent chatting with Mama.
We made it home late, almost 10:00pm. Andoni put in 5 quick minutes on the computer, while the girls got ready for bed.

The day was busy but a total success. Tomorrow we will watch an Independence Day Parade down the street from our house and then go to a friend's house for a cook out and then once again, we will drive up north to our cabin for some more time up there. We may post again on Monday night, at which point Inigo will be with us, too! We'll keep notes on all of our activities so that you won't miss a thing.
