Not much to report. Typical travel day yesterday. We arrived to Liberia via Atlanta at about 7:30 local time, which is US Mountain Time, even tho we are East of Minnesota. That puts us 3 hours behind Chile.

We spent the night in a Hilton outside the city, but near the airport. I would not have minded being closer to Liberia - if not to see the city, at least to get some decent food. We ate at the hotel. It was below average at best.
After a late dinner, Costa Rica made my day. On one of the TV sports channels was, can you believe it, WOMENS FUTSAL! It was as if a sports channel had fallen out of heaven. Costa Rica has a women's Futsal league and two of the teams were playing. Maybe I need to live in Costa Rica if this is what watching TV is like here.
Anyway. It is morning and we are waiting to grab a private ride to Arenal. More to come.
